Shocker-Tee No BS refund policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Shocker-Tee.

In order to be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

We will send you a pre-paid shipping container similar to the one in which we shipped the product to you. Please use this container to ship the product back to us AT NO COST TO YOU.

While we do not require an explanation of why you wished to return the item, we welcome any input as to the reason for the return.

After we receive your item we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
